We’re partnered with a start-up tech company based in Hasselt, seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of their unique SaaS application impacting data analytics and smart sensor technology.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining their web-based applications, working with modern JavaScript (Vue.js, Nuxt.js, PHP). You are someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building, high-performance software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop features for a SaaS platform built with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions.
  • Work on the integration of smart sensor technology and data analytics into the platform.
  • Write clean and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews and the mentoring of junior developers.

Your Profile:

  • Strong proficiency in Vue.js and Nuxt.js for front-end development.
  • Solid experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel (a huge plus).
  • Familiarity with web development best practices, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment with version control tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a collaborative team.
