Medicim, located in Mechelen, is the Software Development Center for

Envista and is the world leader in innovative software solutions for the dental

profession.

We investigate, develop, maintain and support innovative software solutions

for clinicians and dental technicians. Our software solutions create intuitive

workflows for image acquisition, diagnostics, treatment planning, prosthetic

CAD/CAM and dental team collaboration in order to treat patients better.

DTX Studio™ is our flagship software suite (http://www.dtxstudio.com).

We are looking for a Technical Software Tester to join our team.

As a member of our Sofware Testing Team you will:

• Test the integration between different application components on API and

functional level.

• Use application knowledge and risk analysis to design a solid suite of

automated tests.

• Follow up, analyze and discuss test results.

• Provide feedback to the development team about identified issues.

• Work in close collaboration with the development and functional analysis

teams.

Job Requirements:

• You have at least two years of experience in software testing with a focus on

testing server applications interacting through APIs.

• You have knowledge of at least one scripting language used for test

automation (preferably Python).

• You have basic understanding of SQL, databases and networking.

• Familiarity with Cloud (Azure) is a plus.

• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

• You have a system-based approach and excel at working in a cross-functional

environment.

• You have a strong analytical mindset, are self-motivated and constantly

looking for ways to uncover defects.

• You get your energy from understanding and testing complex systems to

assure safety and quality.

• You are a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative and iterative

development environment.

• You can work independently, as well as within a team context.

• You are attracted to work in rapidly changing IT environments.

• You are fluent in English.
