  • Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users (by e-mail, phone, or face to face); provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
  • Keep end-user informed on request status and progress.
  • Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices; handling and documenting all requests.
  • Analyse, report and follow-up of bugs.
  • Ensure the follow-up of incidents and issue tickets for resolution by the IT team.
  • Keep any user manuals, FAQ, wikis and information dashboards up–to-date by documenting all relevant information
QualificationsIf you have
  • SQL (minimum of 3 years of experience): create and read queries, joins, blobs, handle jobs, ability to read and understand data in tables and their relations, modify tables, create/modify views, synonyms etc.
  • PL/SQL: ability to read code and optionally the ability to do small modifications. So necessary to know functions, procedures, packages, components of PL/SQL code, and coding (just for reading).
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and learning skills
  • Experienced user of web-based tools
  • Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of/or experience in ITIL environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems
