  • World-class; strategic sourcing for niche, biotech positions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and managing their expectations
  • Advising and partnering with Hiring Managers and internal Talent & project teams
  • Working on insights to ensure the company has all relevant information for creating the recruitment strategy
