Supply Planner - Plant Based Platform

As a Supply Planner for our Plant Based Platform, you are responsible for building a comprehensive capacity plan for all Plant Based supply points in Europe. You are working from the offices in Zwevegem and report directly to the EU Plant Based Platform Leader.

About the job:

In this position, your responsibilities include:

• Own the capacity and capability declaration of the supply points and follow-up on adherence to the plan, with regular communication to Country Business Unit (CBU).
• Construct optimal Mid Term & Long Term (MT/LT) capacity plan, including defining upstream and network elements, where you focus on balancing service, (manufacturing and logistics) cost and working capital.
• Assist in CAR (capex request) file construction for the elements related to capacity.
• Design MT/LT supply planning processes and supporting tools, allowing to make regular and qualitative updates of global Plant Based supply platform in all time horizons
• Build comprehensive reporting and analytics on GPS, R&O and strat plan evolution. Animate MT/LT supply scenario’s supporting the build of the appropriate capacity expansion master plan.
• Establish close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to capture, process and provide recommendation on all PB supply points on the full horizon (Short Term planning team, Plant Based Acceleration Unit, CBU, R&I, Global Plant Based supply planners…)

• (Co-)lead major capacity and capability extension plans across the PB network
• Assist in portfolio optimization and interchangeability tracks

o Engage in planning optimization projects with the supply points, EU and local logistics.

About you:

• You have a master university degree, a specialization in supply chain is a plus
• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in planning
• You are familiar with the way of working in supply chain: capacity calculation, tools (Demand & Planning), KPI’s
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to connect with different stakeholders, both internally and externally
• You are a problem solver and real team player who is driven to go for results
• You combine an analytical mindset with a business oriented attitude
• You have an autonomous, pro-active approach and great presentation skills
• MS Office – Excel is known to you
• You speak & write fluent English, French & Dutch is a plus
