• Manage well-functioning Warehouse Management and overarching Warehouse Control System
• Manage your System Specialists team
• Support DC operations and collaborate with DC Manager
• Accountable for system functionality and new system functionality developments within DC, incl. interfaces WMS, WCS and PLC
• Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by training users in the IT system functionality
• Accountable for distribution & translation of release notes and inform/ ensure training of users in the new functionality of a release
• Ensure all systems work as expected and are used correctly to aspire best service to the stores and to secure that business is not interrupted
• Ensure an effective and efficient incident management, when needed (e.g. participate in "bridge calls", Incident reporting)
• Ensure high quality level of all decided IT system related procedures and correct implementation
• Accountable for alignment of release waves and system down time with key stake holders, i.e. DC management, sales, etc.
  

• Deep expertise in DC-level infrastructure, WMS, WCS and supplementing systems experience
• Functional competencies for supporting technology and system-related operations and incidents
• Solid managerial and project management skills
• Ability to understand system features/ updates within a given time frame as well as ability for knowledge transfer
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective
• Ability to encourage collaboration, cocreation and people development by empowering others
• Agile mindset with positive attitude to manage change

• Clear communication and presentation skills, fluent written and spoken in French and English
