The IT Division of the European External Action Service (EEAS) is looking for a Configuration and Deployment Manager for a UserCube HR solution.ContextThe EEAS Digital Solutions division must manage thousands of accounts for the staff members of the institutions and external consultants that must access EEAS IT resources. This service is critical and EEAS needs to modernise the supporting IT architecture behind. A UserCube solution will roll out soon in replacement of the current one. This technical change is the first step of the new EEAS strategy that aims to rationalise the EEAS User Provisioning processes and involves the division as well as various other stakeholders. The new release will include for instance the automated creation of specific accounts that are today managed manually and different User Provisioning processes enhancements/optimisations with validation workflows.Tasks

  • Establishment and maintenance of procedures related to deployment of information systems
