We are currently looking for an inhouse recruiter on a freelance basis. You will be part of Goodman’s People & Culture team, consisting of 7 people all based in Vilvoorde. You will be responsible for all recruitment activities across 7 countries in Europe (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain and Italy). This role is a mix between the daily operational recruitment tasks and streamlining and documenting our recruitment processes.

More Concretely, This Means You Will Get The Opportunity

  • to manage the full recruitment cycle of the assigned vacancies (in the 7 different European countries)
  • to advise and train the hiring leads throughout the full recruitment process
  • to source and identifying potential candidates via different channels (LinkedIn, recruitment agencies,...)
  • to manage our ATS (Greenhouse) and produce recruitment metrics
  • to document and streamline our current recruitment processes

Do you recognize yourself?

  • you have a minimum experience in recruitment of 5 years, preferable as an inhouse recruiter
  • you have the eagerness to find solutions and think out of the box in the current challenging labour market
  • you have the right level of maturity to train and coach the business in recruitment skills
  • you are fluent in English
