You will join our Group Services Talent team. You work alongside colleague specialists in the domain of Talent Acquisition, Training & Development. Together with them, you will take ownership in projects for attracting and engaging UNILIN’s talent across divisions.

  • You are involved in the (international) recruitment and selection of employees within different functional domains (Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, …). You liaise with the business to ensure a good understanding of their needs and expectations and you coordinate the hiring process from A to Z.
  • As a Talent Partner you are in charge of the recruitment strategy in partnership with our internal stakeholders. Our recruitment strategy consists of own search, no cure no pay and working together with dedicated partners. You select and maintain contacts with key players on the labor market. You build strong partnerships with them and assure we are “top of mind”.
  • Your approach will impact passive and active candidates. You provide custom experience to our targeted audience and communicate the UNILIN message with rich content, unique insights and employee testimonials.
  • You act as a Business Partner towards line management when it comes to Talent Management in general. As you follow-up continuously latest developments and tendencies you can be involved in broader Talent Management topics like: onboarding, internal mobility, learning & development, …
