Team Leader Site Services - Logistics Maintenance (Belgium)

The Team Leader of Client Support Services provides guidance for completion of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure customer satisfaction with the laboratory service.
This position is responsible for:
  • Hiring, training, evaluating performance, and identifying and correcting performance problems.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective operations of the Client Support Services Department and is responsible for quality within the section.
  • Attending study protocol meetings and educating staff on protocol issues requiring attention.
  • Working closely with other supervisors, team leaders, and managers within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction with laboratory services and to resolve outstanding laboratory customer service issues.

Job Qualification

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or post secondary training
  • 3 years experience in a functioning laboratory client support role or laboratory environment
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Superior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Critical thinking skills to support quality decision making
  • Must be able to handle a heavy workload, multiple projects, and stressful situations
  • Accurate data entry skills are essential
