For a company with an international leading role in the manufacturing of rubber products we’re looking for a Team Leader Planning m/f/x. Your tasks: Follow-up on transport planning made by the teamAligning capacity loading and unloading point and carrier capacityClose communication with carriers and follow-up on carriers and aligning on improvement plansTroubleshooting and initiating corrective and preventive actionsPreparing weekly plan based on in and out volumes and manpowerContact with sales desksFollow-up non-EU productionCoordinate meetings with shipping linesContribute with our Trade Compliance Officer to implement new customs software applicationCustoms reportingFollow up on process of sales, stock transfer and OEM orders, with special attention on niche and TPMS flowsClose communication with demand planning and sales teamDirect contact with OEM customersCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureSupervise the activities (including roles & responsibilities) of the teamDelegate tasks and set deadlines for the teamMotivate & support team membersShare knowledge and show best practices within the team to develop team membersManage overall performance & development of the team
