Job Purpose:To support the sales organization in building and maintaining an active customer base and developing new sales opportunities through the provision and application of technical expertise and knowledge across multiple vendors or technologies.Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most complete and most customized cloud platform, which alone offers more than 175 complete services worldwide. • Ability to accurately design complex vendor solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop Product knowledge to a very high technical level in line with vendor/business expectations.
• Ability to engage other TD SYNNEX vendor teams to provide full solutions.
• Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis to serve re-sellers and their customers and other TD SYNNEX sales teams.
• Perform business planning activities with vendors and BDM teams.
• Input into TD SYNNEX CRM any appropriate customer contacts or interaction.
• Ownership of assigned Request Manager Resolver group.
• Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
• Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and re-sellers.
• Accompany field sales executives where required in customer meetings to provide technical input.
• Understanding and application of vendor promotions.
• Maintain peer-level technical contacts in assigned vendor and key customers, up to IT Manager level.
• Prepare a training plan for the certificate of the ISS colleagues and the Specialized Account Managers and ensure the follow-up.
• Work with sales teams to profile repeatable solutions for stock and inventory planning purposes.
• Ability to use the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
• Opportunity to deliver advanced post-sales implementation services.
• As a Technical Consultant you provide specialized technical advice and support to customers in order to ensure a sustainable customer relationship and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge Skills And Experience

• Certified across single or multiple vendors
• Professional and polished delivery of customer presentations.
• Strong commercial awareness and good communication skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.
• Good business skills and able to run professional meetings and business engagements.
• IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.
