As Goodman continues to grow within real estate, essential infrastructure and the dynamic energy sector, we are expanding our Asset Management team to include a dedicated Operations Coordinator for our Continental European (CE) portfolio. In this role, you will ensure compliance, support technical system implementation, and coordinate with local teams to maintain high standards across multiple properties and countries. You will join a dynamic team of professionals, all committed to excel and eager to welcome you onboard.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

  • Set the baseline for the CE real estate portfolio and ensure that maintenance and inspections are conducted in line with regulations, with improvement actions implemented as needed.
  • Support the implementation of Microsoft dynamics for the technical property management activities across the CE portfolio.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, property inspections, incidents management, and other related matters across CE. Ensure and maintain high-quality technical portfolio data within our software systems
  • Coordinate with the local property management teams on any CE-wide technical topics; including KPIs at risk, improvement initiatives, changes in processes.



Do you recognize yourself?

  • Experience in (logistics) real estate as a technical property manager or facility manager
  • Driven and can-do mentality, hands-on;
  • Improvement mindset;
  • Affinity and interest in technology & IT tools
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English;
  • Strong communicator
  • Team player: The ability to work both independently and within a team environment, coordinating several internal stakeholders simultaneously;
  • Ability to combine a helicopter view with a good eye for detail
