For a well-known manufacturing company in the Lier region, we are currently looking for a Technical Operator for a 2-shift system.

You will start working in 2 shifts, but during busy seasons, you will operate in a 3-shift system. Are you flexible and do you have experience as a technical operator in production, preferably in food, electrical, or pharmaceutical sectors?

As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for setting up, starting, and monitoring an entire production line.

Your Tasks Include

  • Converting and adjusting various production machines;
  • Setting, fine-tuning, monitoring, and adjusting production parameters;
  • Ensuring quality with a keen eye. With your knowledge of IFS, BRC, and HACCP, you guarantee that all products meet the highest standards;
  • Detecting and resolving malfunctions wherever possible;
  • Supporting technicians in case of technical issues.

Profiel kandidaat

For the position of Technical Operator, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has knowledge of production machines and parameters;
  • Can work independently;
  • Has strong technical insight;
  • Speaks Dutch fluently;
  • Is willing to work in a two-shift system (early/late) and night shifts during peak periods.
