Job description

As a Solution Engineer, you ensure TechWolf delivers top-notch solutions that make our customers successful. You are responsible for enabling our customers in implementing the TechWolf Skill Engine API with your expert guidance, implementation and integration best practices and technical know-how.

You will work hand-in-hand with TechWolf’s product and engineering team to translate customer objectives and demands into actionable requirements while helping them innovate and stay ahead of where the market is going. You will play an essential role in TechWolf and this role will allow you to have a massive impact on its growth.

You will

• Guide customers early on in their customer journey as a trusted advisor for the technology aspects of a TechWolf implementation;
• Comprehend the genuine customer need, grasp the specific business context and naturally translate those into an actionable technical roadmap for implementing the TechWolf Skill Engine;
• Manage proof of concepts and implementation projects regarding all aspects of integration and implementation of the TechWolf solution and API;
• Gain expertise in the broader talent-related challenges in various industries;
• Bridge the gap between business and engineering;

Skills we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant industry experience;
• Experience with Cloud architecture, Python, REST APIs, integration services and BI tools
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience;
• Passionate about working with customers and energized by making them successful;
• Initial experience with managing projects with external stakeholders in an enterprise context;
• Proactive communicator;
• Comfortable with explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience with data analysis, data visualization and business intelligence platforms;
• Interested in solving open-ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking;
• Displays initiative, self-motivation and delivers high-quality results;
• Excited to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment;
• Open to continuous learning and development;

Skills with a bonus

• Experience with HR Tech solutions;
• Experience with MS Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
