Stefanini is hiringTechnical Support Coordinatorto join one of our clients operating from Belgium (Mechelen).

• Work-model: Hybrid.

Role responsibilities:

• Handling both the administrative and technical cases of the servces, end-to-end & within the predefined service levels.
• Ensuring that address requests are handled qualitatively.
• Handling questions regarding the ordering process.
• Responsible for the administrative follow-up of cable connection, installation and repair orders.
• Responsible for the offline resolution of order & activation issues in Netcracker and the existing underlying Wyre systems (possibly with the help of 3rd tier IT or engineering).
• Provide support in monitoring maintenance work on the fiber network.
• Based on your experience in investigating/solving recurring problems, you’ll make proposals for process or system improvements.
• You will assist in testing the modified wholesale process or system adjustments and in describing the impact on both existing wholesale procedures and on the procedures at the central services involved.

Role requirements:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with existing Telenet systems (Clarify, WFM, NINAS, ASAP, ...) is a plus.
• You have a customer and solution-oriented attitude.
• You are communicative.
• You are punctual.
• You are willing to work in shifts.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
