In This Position, You Will Get To

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Actively provide technical support for all Thermal products via phone, email and Online Chat for our channels, Inside and Outside Sales as well as Customer Service.
    • Answering questions of customers by telephone and in writing concerning technical queries, prices, delivery times, orders & tenders.
    • Primary point of contact for troubleshooting installation issues & start-up assistance for thermostats.
    • Primary contact for engineered solutions for nVent applications using standard products and creation of quotes for these applications.
    • Heat loss calculation of piping and equipment’s.
    • Electrical floor heating designs.
    • Process technical offers to customers for the EMEAI market
    • Offering technical & logistical support to the external Sales Engineers in their day to day job.
    • Working closely together with our Customer Care & Inside Sales department.
    • Maintaining quotations within the ERP/CRM-system.
    • Concluding sales for smaller level quotes.
    • Handling customer complaints related to technical matters
    • Knowledge of product approvals and suitability of use for each application.
    • Participate in marketing initiatives including sales trainings, product launches, and promotion campaigns.
    • Project Management and engineering for some specialty customers.
  • Lead Management of inquiries from the website for downloadable software and general inquiries.
    • Refer RFQs coming from the website for standard products to correct avenue for quoting.
    • Manage processes for software registration and support.
    • Know your nVent counterparts and share business practices with them.
  • User of ERP and CRM for capturing design quotes and contacts at end user accounts.
    • Manage & create quotes from E-Commerce users for configured products.
    • Capture contacts and comments when troubleshooting and start-up support are provided to end use customers.
You Have
  • Hold a Bachelor or Master Degree (Electrical, Mechanical)
  • Experience:
    • Call Center phone system
    • ERP/quote management system
    • Competency in Microsoft Office and web based design software
    • Proficiency in Architectural and/or Engineering drawings (process flow, electrical one lines, piping schematics)
    • Ideally some experience working with channels and electrical distribution
  • Skills:
    • Ability to multi-task and juggle shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests
    • Languages: advanced level of Dutch, French and English
    • Strong communication/interpersonal skills especially over the phone
    • Technical aptitude for product knowledge
    • Advanced Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
    • Problem solving under adverse time constraints
    • Capable of working with Shared Email and phones: Team environment
    • This person should possess a “can do” attitude and be expected to learn product information quickly.
    • Team player: have a positive and constructive impact on the team; professional attitude towards different positions working closely with within the operations organization
    • Capability to follow standard work processes and help create them when needed
