Profile

– You are creative, eager to learn and have a high self-starting ability.

– You have experience in a similar position.

– You are independent and like to take initiative: you are prepared to bring order to a multitude of existing documents.

– You have experience with the layout of professional documents in English. Knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus.

– You have great empathy for technical concepts and functionalities.

– You are a good communicator and you work result-oriented.


Your tasks are

– As a technical writer you are responsible for all documentation, archiving and checking documents for internal and external users.

– You are able to make user manuals of the operation of an application and of a specific product (together with the developers).

– Designing, writing and compiling technical user and maintenance manuals as well as manuals for technical systems.

– Compiling training manuals and accompanying presentations.

– You provide intern and/or extern training courses.

– Advise the departments involved in the field of documentation.

– You create new and improve existing documents based on input from colleagues from other departments.

– Watch over the quality of the available information.

– Managing and providing content for website, web applications, intranet.
