We are hiring a Technology Expert with MS Share Point / .Net technologies / Relational DBMS / Microsoft Power Apps for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

 Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies,
architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in
Knowledge Management solutions
 Architecture and design of Knowledge Management solutions and collaborative platform
and sites
 Organize meetings with business users to understand their needs and provide support
 Design, build and integrate Microsoft Power Apps solutions following user
 Customise SharePoint sites using .Net technologies and XSLT, JavaScript, JQuery and
CSS.
 Analyse end-user requests and custom workflows
 Implement requirements to rapidly building low-code apps that modernize processes
 Review existing systems and suggest improvement/better integration
 Liaise with other project teams as necessary to address cross-project interdependencies
 Assistance in testing, deployment, technical documentation, training and reporting

SKILLS & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

 Excellent knowledge of MS SharePoint ideally proven by a MS certification.
 Excellent knowledge of SharePoint sites deployment management and implementation of
security policies
 Strong capacities in managing underlying SharePoint test and production infrastructure
 Experience of .Net technologies ideally proven by a certification
 Experience with low code / no code development techniques (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps)
 Proven experience of managing Relational DBMS (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle and SQL Server
Reporting Services)
 Experience working in agile environments using Scrum (or similar) and via innovative/interactive techniques to engage customers during project
 Ability to understand end-user requests, analyse requirements and communicate effectively
with the business
 Capacity of integration in an international/multicultural environment and experience working in a team
 Experience in producing training material (ideally videos) and effectively teaching endusers
 Ability to cope with the fast changing technologies used in web applications management
and willingness to learn new technologies with fast experimentation cycles
 Fluent in French and English. Other languages are a plus.
