For our client, active as one of the largest insurance companies, we are looking for another person to strengthen the team of incoming mail.

Description

  • A very varied range of administrative tasks
  • You ensure a qualitative processing of incoming mail items
  • You sort the mail and make sure it arrives at the right departments
  • You help colleagues from across the company with questions about incoming mail
  • You ensure the accurate and smooth indexing of incoming documents
  • To ensure optimal service you can be deployed across teams.
  • You will report to the DMC team leader and DMC coordinator

Profile

  • You are customer oriented and can describe yourself as an administrative jack-of-all-trades
  • You work fluently, accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in insurance is obviously an advantage
  • You are fluent in Excel and Word
  • You have a good dose of common sense and are not afraid to point out where the process can be improved
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French is an advantage
