Our client is looking for their next EAME Transportation Procurement Analyst. What’s in a name, you say?

In this position you will support the procurement team of Road & Ocean transportation within the EAME region. You will gather and analyze data to improve cost management, contract standardization and much more.

  • Support procurement and management of truck & ocean freight, which includes bidding, sourcing, cost management and contract reviewing
  • Provide spot quotes and cost studies and checking them upon contract renewals
  • Escalate service provider issues to management
  • Analyzing expiring contracts for possible cost reductions
  • Track market rates using analytical tools and communicate those trends through summary reports to management and the different BU within your scope
  • Working together with the legal department to analyze and improve contractual details regarding effective and termination dates.
