For one of our clients we’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.
In this role it is your mission to achieve an optimal organization through the efficient use of people, resources and materials to meet our customers’ expectations.
Through coaching, create an independent team that achieves the objectives in a safe and qualitative way and continuously strives to improve the existing processes

Your main responsibilities:
  • Manages the Teamleader and the team of warehouse workers
  • Ensure optimal deployment of people, resources and materials
  • Verify employee and team performance
  • Resolve, and if necessary, escalate potential problems in the order process
  • Contribute to effective personnel and capacity planning through active participation in planning meetings
  • Follow-up and action in case of worker absenteeism
  • Oversee the proper application and implementation of safety and quality regulations
  • Implement Continuous Improvement

Have you got what it takes?

As a Warehouse Supervisor you can rely on the following qualities:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have at least 3 years management experience in a warehouse environment
  • You have a problem solving mentality
  • You are a fluent communicator in English and Dutch
