More than 500 organizations in over 70 countries worldwide have chosen the company’s services and solutions to fulfill their business needs.For more information regarding our company, current projects, and openings around Europe, please consult our website: www.netcompany-intrasoft.com.Job DescriptionA day in the life of a Web EditorThe intra-muros web editor would support the EEAS Career, Learning and Development division in daily operations by writing, editing, adapting and publishing web content in English using both the CMS (Drupal-Intranet) and the LMS (IMC-EULearn).He or she would also contribute to decision making on future career and trainings by preparing reports using CMS/LMS data via analytic tools (IMC Reporting, Qliksense, SAP BI platform, etc).Your main duties will be:
  • Support the Learning and Development (L&D) team with the production of high quality, search optimized and easily navigable web content, for all work related to the L&D team with the generation of content in areas such as training guidelines, training activities, training publications and in recurrent yearly exercises such as the Delegations and HQ training plans, etc.
  • Support the L&D team with the follow-up of that web content by editing, adapting and updating the content when needed, as well as reporting on usage results and statistics.
  • Support the L&D team with the upload of training guidelines and activities, e-learnings and publications on both Content Management Systems (Drupal-Intranet) and Learning Management Systems (Moodle L&D, IMC AG-EULearn).
  • Participate in the enhancement and update of user manuals for the CMS and LMS platforms.
  • Be part of the Backup network for the training team including knowledge and use of the online training platforms (Webex, Zoom, Teams, Linkedin learning).
  • Contribute to the tests done in existing (SAP BI and Qliksense) and future reporting and analytic tools for best adaptation to the L&D needs.
  • Share knowledge and support Course Managers in the CM-Community to best use the platforms and the web solutions put in place.
  • Participate in all the activities carried on by the L&D team.
QualificationsIf you have
  • Excellent written communication skills and good oral and presentation skills in English;
  • In-depth working knowledge of web content management and edition, as well as a solid understanding of corporate CMS/LMS platforms and their possibilities;
  • An external point of view and analyse existing documentation and processes with critical thinking, contributing to improvements and adaptation of present static content to the digital hyperlinked web, making published information easier to find, navigate and understand;
  • Being capable to deliver high quality work in a structured way;
  • Being creative, inspirational and have an eye for details;
  • Being able to present in the interview part of his/her past work, demonstrating skills in web editing and showing his/her experience in CMS/LMS platforms.
