DEALER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales, Training and Retention Strategies for Toyota and Lexus retail and fleet through Toyota Belgium Dealer network.
Key responsibilities:
- In charge of the development of TFS, KiNTO and insurance business in your region.
- Coaching of the dealer network in the products and services, as well as on TFS Online
- Following up new business opportunities and identification of new business sectors
- Account management for specific KiNTO customers in your region, together with the relevant Toyota/Lexus dealership.
- Interacting with Toyota Belgium and the dealer network, in close collaboration as One Team
- Devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
- Constant revision and update of business models to close deals
- Follow-up of sales and performance KPI’s with the network, manage your commercial targets and bonus schemes
- Participate in network events, sales meetings and regional initiatives to further promote the activity of TFS/KiNTO/TIS in your region
- Interact closely with the internal teams and look for continuous improvement (Kaizen) in our processes, procedures and cooperation with the network and our customers
Your personal attributes :
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products.
- FSMA accreditation as a person in contact with the public for insurances and financial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English languages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and dealer relationships.
