Responsibilities:
- Deliver first and second-level support to resolve hardware, software, and application issues onsite.
- Document resolutions and maintain ticket updates in the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and 11).
- Microsoft Office 2010, Office 365, and Cisco Jabber.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment, including printers, peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Conduct network and connectivity troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on IT equipment.
- Thrive in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher.
Experience:
- 12–18 months in desktop support services (DSS).
- 12–18 months in technical project management or customer engagement.
Technical Expertise:
- Windows OS, Active Directory, GPOs, and Enterprise Anti-virus solutions.
- Office 365 and mobile device management.
- Basic knowledge of IT networks, servers, audio/visual, and telecoms.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher) and French (C1 minimum).
- Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for eligibility for a corporate car.
- Full-time onsite availability in Belgium.
- Must hold a Belgian or EU passport or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights.
- Flexibility to work off-hours and weekends when required.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
