LynxCare, a fast-growing scale-up in Belgium, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help us lead the transformation of global healthcare data to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining LynxCare’s data platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our data pipelines and systems.
More concretely, you will:
- develop and maintain the LynxCare Kubernetes-based OnPrem solutions for hospitals,
- develop and maintain the internal LynxCare ecosystem on Azure,
- support our colleagues from different software teams in working with cloud environment.

Python, Bash, Docker, Git, Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, SQL, Delta Lake, Apache Spark (Databricks), Functions, BI Tools, CosmosDB, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, MSSQL, …
You don’t need to know them all, at LynxCare there’s plenty of room to learn :)
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
- > 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role (preferably > 4 years)
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Manage and secure cloud based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts
- Passion for CI/CD and task automation (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Python& Linux
- Hands-on experience with setting up alarms, notifications and monitoring dashboards for high availability & scalability
- Strong sense of ownership
- A desire to work with and learn from colleagues with diverse perspectives and experiences
- A passion for developing the necessary infrastructure for security, networking, and protocols
Nice to have:
- Experience in Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Cloud & Data Engineering principles (ETL & Data Warehousing)
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (ex-Azure Active Directory) Management
