Job description

You are Single Point of Contact for the teams that consume services from the DevSecOps team
Organize, coordinate, plan and follow up your team activities (2 people)
Guarantees your team delivers on time, in budget and with quality
Deliver and maintain RoadMap (R&D)
Lead and motivate team members as well as helping them develop their individual talents
Responsible for maintaining the Azure DevOps platform
Support Azure DevOps users with functional and technical questions about Azure DevOps
Maintaining the build and release infrastructure
Develop and integrate new features in the CI/CD pipeline
Write and maintain complex custom PowerShell scripts
Provide and communicate best practices, standards and documentation

Your profile

Bachelor or Master degree, or similar by experience
Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead
Hands on, very good communication and relational skills
Background as a developer or DevOps engineer is a plus
Experience in: Azure DevOps or similar tools. // PowerShell // .NET // Containerization // IIS
Knowledge of: Branching strategies // CI/CD, Scrum // Agile // Containerization
Good knowledge of Dutch and English
Flexible, organized and self-motivated
