This is a 6 month (Extendable) Mission with my customer at Schaarbeek - BE.

3 Days of HOME WORK.

Language Requirements : DUTCH, FRENCH and ENGLISH.

Your mission :

You will ensure that residential customers receive the most relevant communication in terms of message, timing & touchpoint. You design scalable and automated communication journeys and are responsible for the setup of an Always-On campaign machine. Your toolbox consists of e-mail, sms and push notifications to get in contact with out clients.

Your Tasks:

• You translate marketing briefings into communication campaigns across different touchpoints.
• You’re responsible for the project management on communication journeys: coordination with the different stakeholders (marketeers, database managers) to build the most optimal flow for customers.
• You take care of the copywriting for e-mail, sms & push notifications with an eye for highly convincing texts & call to actions.
• You manage the creation of the e-mail templates with the agency or the internal studio.
• You find relevant communication important and strive to bring the right message at the right time to the consumer.
• You constantly look at where improvements can be made. You formulate recommendations for your marketing colleagues and the digital agency based on the campaign results.
Required qualifications:
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and experience with setting up campaign processes
• Good knowledge of communication principles and advertising
• Copywriting skills, specifically for e-mail & short copy for SMS & push notifications
• Knowledge of UX & behavioural design principles is an advantage
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and experience with communication journey setup
• Skills in e-mail template design, basic photoshops & html are an advantage
• You are open to change and like to try out new concepts, methods and tools.
• You assume that data never lies.
• You like to explore the unexplored areas of digital communication
• You are adept at presentations and have great powers of persuasion.
• You have leadership talent, sound judgement and know how and when to take decisions or seek further advice.
• Preferably you have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
