Purpose of the role

The Digital MarketingExecutive has a profile focused on Social Media for both organic and paid campaigns but with the possibility to be part of other Branding, PR, Creative and supporting projects. The role requires the ability to handle several projects daily as well as being able to respond quickly to our clients, the online community and team requests. The Digital Marketing Executive will develop a clear understanding of the team’s requirements and objectives, this profile requires of a dedicated team player that is proactive and has a hands-on approach.


Key responsibilities and tasks

Client Management

  • Assists the team with the management of client accounts and projects
  • Offers thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding digital tactics and online opportunities
  • Supports relationships with clients, establishing self and TEAM LEWIS Pulse as an invaluable long-term partner for digital communications services
  • Coordinates communication with select clients and ensures deadlines and service agreements adhered to
  • Participates in the business development process by supporting with pitch preparation and research

Digital and social media

  • Content plans: provides social media execution and management of related digital activity
  • Content creation: production of social copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform, e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Organic: plan organic content on Kontentino or client native SM platforms
  • Paid: setup paid campaigns which contributes to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Community management: implements and maintains social media communities, campaigns and projects for TEAM LEWIS Pulse clients
  • Reporting: paid and organic social media

Creative(optional)

  • Graphic Design: adaption of existing digital graphics and templates

Research & trends

  • Competitors: mapping competitors and analysing their digital platforms (Web + SM)
  • Social Media: research key social media accounts and hashtags to analyse their content, messaging, aesthetic and campaigns
  • Market & trends: understanding and researching client’s category and competitors. Summarising and explaining them in a concise and actionable way on internal meetings and decks.
  • Ensures that all results are reported back to the (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager and stakeholders

Team working and development

  • Ensures personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an on-going basis
  • Accurately reports activity levels and regularly completes timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client duties
  • Escalates general new business requests to appropriate team members
  • Works closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development
  • Regularly attends TEAM LEWIS training sessions to enhance skills and develop knowledge

General

  • Supports the TEAM LEWIS Pulse and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
  • Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work
  • Supports the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
  • Contributes and supports the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies


About you

  • Minimum one year of digital and social media coordination experience (organic & paid campaigns), ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital / social industry and related platforms
  • A persuasive and convincing writing style
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot team and client problem areas – and suggest a remedial course of action
  • Creative thinking and an open-minded approach
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven competency in managing a varied workload
