For one of our clients, one of the leading players in the field of legal publications and services in Belgium, we are looking for a Digital Product Manager.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product development projects and digital products yet to be developed for the Corporate market (companies with more than 150 employees). After the launch, you will be daily responsible for managing a number of products in the Corporate market unit.
• You are part of the Corporate market unit and report hierarchically to the Corporate market unit director.
• You are capable of conducting market research, gathering market data, conducting customer interviews, and analyzing this information to develop a product plan and business case.
• You are responsible for understanding and translating market and customer needs into product specifications. You will develop a product vision and roadmap to guide the launch and ongoing evolution of the product.
• You serve as the intermediary between the operational departments and the IT department, facilitating exchanges between these different parties. Communication is an integral part of your daily work.
• You oversee product development projects and execute them within deadlines, coordinating stakeholders and finding the best solutions to achieve objectives.
• You participate in operational tasks necessary for project realization (testing, bug reporting, etc.).
• You are responsible for the daily monitoring of existing products and perform operational tasks related to this responsibility, such as quality control, bug reporting and tracking, support for sales, marketing, and customer service teams, testing, creating support materials (internally and externally), internal communication regarding product evolutions, and more.

- You have experience in product management and launching new digital products, from conceptualization and market research to market introduction.
- You have experience in compliance and/or regulation.
- You are proficient in either Dutch or French, with the ability to work, speak, and write in English.
• You are customer-oriented, with a focus on customer needs.
• You have an analytical mindset.
• You are a facilitator and have the ability to collaborate with different teams (sales, marketing, IT, etc.).
• You are pragmatic and to the point.
• You have the ability to lead and facilitate meetings and articulate your beliefs accurately.
• You are open-minded, dynamic, and have the ability to challenge the status quo or think outside the box in search of innovative ideas. A proactive team attitude is important to you.
