As a Digital Workplace Officer, your main tasks will be:
- You will oversee the preparation and delivery of new computers (laptops, desktops, VM) and take the lead on resolving complex customer requests, including analysis, communication, planning, and technical implementation
- You will help and guide with the technical resolution of software and hardware-related incidents in collaboration with other teams
- You will perform proactive maintenance on devices and systems
- You will generate technical documentation and processes
- You will welcome and assist customers
- You will interact smoothly with stakeholders, including customer management, other Front Office teams, Back Office teams, development teams, and business departments
- You will ensure the accuracy of internal tools (such as CMDB) and maintain records of all performed activities in our queuing activity log
Wat zoeken wij?
- You have good general knowledge of computer systems and software, specifically Microsoft Windows environment, VMWare, internet, and cloud-related technologies (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.)
- You have experience with iPhone and iPad devices
- You have excellent hands-on knowledge and experience of customer workplace configurations design and implementation, SCCM, ticketing system (i.e., Omnitracker)
- You have intermediate knowledge of ITIL and having Agile mindset is an asset
- You have basic knowledge of UML and Flowcharts
- The following certifications are nice to have : MS-900: M365 Fundamentals, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate, SC-900: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
- You speak fluent French, Dutch and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
