Your tasks

• Managing, motivating and developing a team of Wealth Managers in Brussels and Wallonia
• Play an active role in CapitalatWork’s sales strategy in Belgium
• Advising and supporting a portfolio of HNWI/UHNWI clients
• Develop new relationships through your network and your presence on the ground
• Working hand in hand with our teams (analysts, portfolio managers, estate planning and marketing)

What you bring to the table

• Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in wealth management
• An excellent understanding of the wealth management needs of high net worth clients
• A natural talent for business development
• Proven ability to motivate, manage and structure a team
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English
