Description de fonction

You Will

As E-commerce Specialist you will be responsible for the content of the online platform by setting-up customized product portfolio and promotions & by using analytics that will grow revenue.
  • Execute the regular tasks to update and maintain the content (banner, promo, image, listing, …) of the platform and setting-up new customer groups
  • Liaise with the involved teams (Commercial, Field Sales, Supply Chain) and coordinate activities
  • Measure successes & pain points of the platform through relevant KBIs and Metrics
  • Define new business processes to improve the maintenance of the platform assets
  • Be owner of the google analytics to understand the online customer behavior
  • Support the omni-contact team by proposing up-sell & cross-sell campaigns
  • Perform testing and validate new functionalities
Profil

We Are Looking For The Following Profile
  • Obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Interest eCommerce, digital campaigns or digital communication.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Structured and organized.
  • Independent, autonomous and stress resistant.
  • A real team Player.
  • A Fluent Dutch, French and English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of a Content Management Solution and in Salesforce/HTML is a plus
