E-Commerce Content Intern

Context:

Within the Commercial Operations CCEP Belux department, you will be part of the CRM team and report to the e-Com Content Management Expert. You will help develop the content for the B2B web platform of Coca-Cola European Partners: MyCCEP.

MyCCEP positions itself on the one hand as a transactional platform (where orders can be placed 24/24), but above all as a relational platform. Through it, our customers can manage their interactions with CCEP in one place and benefit from exclusive content that supports them to sell better and more.

This internship will take place from September 2024 till December 2024.

Your job will involve:

Everything related to the MyCCEP platform.

  • CONTENT SUPPORT

Help coordinate activities that ensure content is always up-to-date (banners, promotions, product listing, etc.).

Contribute to the design and development of marketing activities that support the customer engagement and loyalty strategy. (Engagement Content : How To Grow My Business)

  • INNOVATIVE THINKING

Help optimise the digital connection with our customers and develop personalised communications based on the behavioural analysis of our target audiences.

  • DAILY MAINTENANCE

Help maintain the back-end of the MyCCEP platform.

  • TESTING

Configuring certain aspects of the eCommerce B2B platform, such as functionality settings, security and user access, among others.

Testing the new developments on MYCCEP and ensuring they meet the imposed requirements.

  • COMMUNICATION & PRESENTATION

Efficiently communicate and convey information to colleagues without the technical know-how of the platform through presentations, reporting and analysis.

Who are you? :

  • A Student in (digital) marketing, business engineer or management
  • You speak English and French, or Dutch
  • Proactive and motivated
  • You have an eye for details
  • A strong organisation and time management
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with using IT-Tools
  • Creative and Out-of-the-box thinker
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
