PepsiCo BeLux is looking for an enthusiastic Employer Branding & Talent Intern to join the team based in Zaventem starting the 31st of January until the 5th of August 2022!
As an Employer Branding & Talent Intern you will be responsible for helping to elevate PepsiCo’s Employer Brand across internal and external platforms. You will help showcase what makes PepsiCo unique, through the lens and voice of our employees, in a differentiating, creative and inspiring way. You will also act as a real matchmaker between a candidate and his/her possible future career within PepsiCo. With your soft skills you will find the right candidate for the right vacancy and get knowledge about their motivations and competencies.

How does a week in a life of an Employer Branding & Talent Intern look like?
You will begin your week (Happy Monday) by letting your creative mind run, so creating top social media content is effortless for you. The program Canvawill give you access to everything you need to transform your ideas into eye-catching social media content. Eager to share your brilliant creations? You will have the chance to do that by managing our social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) through a collaborative social media calendar.
Lack of inspiration? Don’t worry about it! Our Corporate Communications team will be working closely with you. Teamwork makes the dream work! As a recent graduate or still a student yourself, you will get the opportunity to manage the Attraction & Engagement of our Campus Program. Who else than you, our own Employer Branding & TA Intern, to manage our Campus Fairs? This will give you the opportunity to connect with talents just like you! As a company active in the FMCG sector it can get a bit busy here and there.
With your adaptable and flexible skills, this is not an obstacle for you. Without any troubles you can prioritize and organize your own agenda to support our Talent Acquisition Teamin the hiring process of fixed and temporary employees and ad hoc projects. What a week, right? The fun part about all this is that every week is a different adventureand you will be learningso much. You will end your week feeling proud and surprised by how much you have accomplished in one week!
To make this role a success, you will need good communication skills coupled with a hands-on mentality and a sharp accurate ability. This position will offer you a unique perspective on the business as you will be partnering with stakeholder across the business, from Supply Chain to Finance, to even Marketing! How better to kick-start your career than with a 360° view within the FMCG sector.
Broadly, you will:
  • Be a real PepsiCo ambassador and manage our social media channels whilst showing off your excellent communication skills
  • Be working on some Employer Branding projects together with our Talent Acquisition lead North West Europe
  • Be executing and developing social media content – delivering distinctive and authentic EVP messaging across various channels
  • Be supporting our Talent Acquisition team in the hiring process of fixed and temporary employees and ad hoc projects
  • Be organizing and partnering up with student associations across countries to set up top notch virtual job fairs.

Who are we looking for?

Are you someone who:
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English (French is considered a plus)
  • Is recently graduated or currently enrolled at University or University College (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a background in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources?
  • Is personable, high energy individual that is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic organization?
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite products?
  • Has a fluent writing style and are able to write quality texts? Knows how to create visual content quickly and easily (via Canva, etc.) or is willing to learn?
  • Has good knowledge of latest updates within the social media segment?
  • Is able to work autonomously?
