Group-IPS (www.group-ips.com), a multinational company specified on strategic consultancy and Project Management, is currently looking forIndustrial Engineers with 3- 5 years’ experience as Project Managers for our different Busines Units: Chemicals, Life Sciences, Food, Primary and Metals Sectors.

As an employee of IPS, you will actively participate in a wide range of project work, ranging from small improvements to large industrial constructions. The management of your project can include multiple phases and/or specialization:

  • Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall Time Schedule, procurement strategy, financial plan.
  • Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement.
  • Project realization phase: Project Construction Management; Detailed Engineering Management, Commissioning Management, Operational Management.

Your Knowledge and Experience:

Education: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (organizations).

Experience in Chemicals, Life Science or Food and Beverages sector.

3-4 years’ experience in Project Management (PMP / PMI certification is an asset):

  • Either in client or consulting company.
  • Experienced on project documentation and control, cost control, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts.
  • Feeling comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.
  • Experience on the complete life cycle of projects as for example; master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management, and supervision.

Your Skills:

  • Proactive and strong leadership skills.
  • Creative, high flexibility while working, hardworking, team working but also high autonomy.
  • Extensive skills in management, effective communication, and problem-solving.
  • Customer-oriented and presentation skills.

Languages: Fluent in English is a must. Nice to have Dutch or French. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.

International mobility could be needed for missions abroad.
