Main Objective

Contribute to the digital evolution of the Group and help implementing the worldwide ERP project. We are in the middle of a worldwide ERP project. Initially, we got support from an external implementation partner. We are gradually transferring responsibility for supervising the final roll-outs to you and your colleagues business analysts.


Responsibilities

  • You are a MS Dynamics (D365) specialist with knowledge of different modules. In view of Gantrex’s highly commercial and project-based approach, knowledge of the D365 Customer Engagement Sales (CRM) and D365 Finance & Operations (ERP) is a plus.
  • Together with the Business Process Owners and in close cooperation with our managers you are responsible for translating our Business processes into the Reference model as well and as efficiently as possible.
  • You improve and use Reporting Dashboards to monitor if the best practices are followed by the users with the aim to maximize the efficiency of the potential of the CRM and the ERP.
  • For the Gantrex Companies where the system has already been rolled out, you are the point of contact and the coach for the key-users. You will also help the Company to implement optimizations afterwards.
  • Based on your own experiences and insights, you take initiative to suggest possible improvements and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about translating processes into efficient and user-friendly applications in the Dynamics environment.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual mind.
  • Project Management basics
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of MS Office – MS Dynamics (D365)
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of OpenText Exstream is a plus
  • Solution-oriented without losing sight of the overall process view
  • Communicative, eager to learn and a real team player
  • Strong personality and not afraid to take initiative
  • Persistent and with a great sense of responsibility
  • Prepared to travel to support the international roll-outs (5%)
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Analysis (or equivalent through experience)
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
