Your Profile:
1. Education Level required:
Master’s degree in marketing and/or Business intelligence or comparable demonstrated experience

Your team and your responsibilities:
Accessory Planning team responsibility is:
1) Planning of accessories (Interior and exterior styling, convenience, protection, Conversions, transport, multimedia, connectivity and more …) that enhance Toyota and Lexus vehicles and offer to retailers the tools to complement the vehicle to the customer’s needs.
2) Develop the strategy for the accessory commodity growth and expansion towards future trends.
3) New product investigation & planning based on trends, customer input, market evolution that will ensure the future business opportunities of Toyota for our entire network.

Your responsibilities:

Key pillars of Accessory product planning:
  • Commodity strategy: Create business strategies on core commodities with the key stakeholders
  • Understanding the customer: Gather information from market. Make sense of data and business intelligence. Evaluate opportunities: size of market, growth potential, reaching-ability
  • Create value for customer: Define product expectations. Make the positioning and business model. Define profit and balance effort of each opportunity
  • Newness: Create concepts ideas and challenge to introduce new products

To support the above tasks, following tasks will be required
Organise the Accessory Business Planning process and activities for New Model (Toyota & Lexus):
  • Market analysis
  • Competitor analysis
  • Sales analysis
  • Models specific accessory strategy and accessory line-up
  • Business case and financial analysis.

  • > Align the activities with related parties (Purchasing, Product management, development, related Vehicle sales Divisions, EZ, TMC, NMSC’s, other DBs)
  • > Deliver the activities according to the vehicle master timeline deadlines.
  • > Organise approval process for the specific Business Plans
