- Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the automotive sector
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including targeted outbound activities and participation in industry events
- **Business Development:** Nurture and expand existing client relationships to increase revenue and upsell UBench’s suite of products
- **Consultative Selling:** Understand customer pain points and business objectives to present customized solutions that address their specific needs
- **Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term success

Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term success
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Having impact in a quickly growing team, shaping the future of the company
