Responsibilities:
ROLE
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive, hungry to work for our clients. If you have 0-3 years agency experience and are looking to grow, work hard, and have fun along the way, apply now!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You’ll work with the Account Manager and Account Director to manage and deliver a spectrum of work (online, offline, activation, social media projects), from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
  • You’ll ensure that the creative team/traffic manager/media are aligned throughout a project, to meet deadlines and coordinate work flow.
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as coordinate project delivery with client and agency teams.
  • You manage the agency’s billing system and are responsible for invoicing, and issuing PO’s, etc.
Qualifications:

PROFILE
  • 0-3 years agency experience
  • Very good English and Dutch and/or French
  • Strong project management skills: timings, scopes, budgets, etc
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-orientated
  • Strong interest in social media
  • Previous experience in managing complex projects for big advertisers
  • Team player
  • Good communicator
  • Aptitude for presentations
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair
  • Curious
  • Multi-tasker
