Your missions


  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets in consistency with budget and target per semester
  • Develop sales plan for your account portfolio: analysis, strategy mapped with solutions
  • Build and execute sales strategy
  • Develop and drive joint go to market initiatives with key business & alliance partners
  • Drive demand creation initiatives, maintain client relationship
  • Understand the market and demonstrate expertise to succeed
  • Manage complex client situations
  • Motivated to achieve success and foster a high performance culture
  • Contribute to Account Planning, Customer Satisfaction Process, Win Workshops, Win Loss review


Your profile


  • Strong experience in sales
  • Experience preferably with cards / payments background or IT vendor
  • Trilingual EN/FR/NL
  • International background and familiar with matrix organisation
  • Banking industry expertise (business model knowledge)
  • Ability to create and manage relationship at CxO level
  • Local banking network in Belgium banking sector is an asset (but not mandatory)
  • Strategic thinking, networker
  • Mature and Pragmatic
