About the mission:
Since several years, Testachats has put in place a commercial licensing scheme offering brands the opportunity to use obtained labels (such as “Best of the Test” or “Best Buy”) in their own communication to promote their products and services. Testachats is looking for an account manager to join the team to foster the growth of this activity and who will be responsible for developing and growing the relationships and accounts across a portfolio of varied (B2B) clients and manage sales-related back-office activities.About the job :
- You work in close collaboration with the Label Team Coordinator.
- You develop and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients.
- You follow-up sales leads.
- You identify new sales opportunities.
- You manage contract flow and incoming customer questions and requests.
- You manage the Customer Relationship Management system.
- You ensure sales figures reporting.
- You follow-up invoicing flow.
About you :
- You have at least 4 to 7 years of proven experience in Sales.
- You have that commercial feeling and mindset.
- You can detect opportunities and make it happen. You are result driven and customer-oriented.
- You are a positive thinker and can easily engage external- internals stakeholders.
- You can easily communicate in Dutch and in French. Knowedge in English would be a plus.
- You are a fast learner, no need of specific software/CRM knowledge.
