Job Description

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. Complementary Description

Your Role

  • Process supplier invoices and expense reports;
  • Follow up the accounting mailbox;
  • Handle vendor reminders and facilitate communication if necessary;
  • Reconcile accounts in the ERP System, including fixed asset accounts, ensuring accuracy;
  • Review and substantiate balances across various account types for financial integrity;
  • Coordinate creation and modification of suppliers master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Analyze errors and initiate corrective actions;
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for review and decision-making;
  • Manage manual payments, wage disbursements, and fleet-related financial matters.

Job Requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor in Accounting, or secondary school degree with relevant experience;
  • Proficient in Belgian accounting standards, basic understanding of Belgian tax systems (VAT, DNA), and IFRS standards;
  • Excellent command of MS-Office and SAP;
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
  • Works in a structured and organized manner;
  • Proficient in both independent work and effective team collaboration.
