MISSION

Perform and support the accounting of 3 international and innovating companies on 2 different sites, Brussels and Zonhoven
  • Perform general accounting and tax activities
  • Contribute closing and controlling activities
  • Contribute audits and processes
Responsibilities & Activities

General accounting activities
  • Perform and control the compliance of the general ledger accounting
  • Perform Tax, VAT and statistical returns
  • Perform booking and controls in the frame of supplier invoices and expenses
  • Perform booking and controls in the frame of Customer invoices
Support Other Accounting And Controlling Activities
  • Support to the fixed assets accounting
  • Support to grants justification and follow-up
  • Support the annual closing returns
  • Contribute to the month-end IFRS closing
  • Contribute to controlling analysis and budget reports
Support audits and processes
  • Contribute to external and internal audits
  • Contribute to Tax and VAT audits
Support on adhoc projects:SAP implementation,…

Profile Requirements

Personal Background
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Written and Spoken Dutch, French and English
Job Technical Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS and Belgium GAAP
  • Excellent knowledge of VAT and TAX
  • knowledge of SAP, e.g. SAP FI/CO,MS Office
  • Experience in fiduciary and multinational company is a plus
  • Experience with analytical accounting
