Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Izegem for an All-Round Assistant. The All-Round Assistant will support the two founders of BYGG, Matthieu & Wouter, performing tasks including management of investor files, accounting, invoicing, corporate marketing and assisting with documentation and communication. Additional duties may involve coordinating events, handling inquiries, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
