Robert Half is currently recruiting an Allround IT Support Engineer to support the Belgian employees of our client.

Our client is a company specialized in the distribution and aftersales for the equipment and transport industry.

You will be responsible for giving IT support (remote and on site) to the employees on all the systems. You will be solving issues by identifying the source, you will advise on actions to be taken. You are also responsible for the follow up of the incident management tool.
  • Answering questions and calls from the employees of the site in Vilvoorde within appropriate timeframe;
  • Analyze and interpret client’s problems, decide on priorities to be solved;
  • Propose corrective actions to each users, provide advises or instructions in order to solve the issue;
  • Administer recording system and manage incidents (users, hard and software);
  • Log in and maintain working instructions in systems;
  • Manage access and authorization within AD Microsoft;
  • Manage system administration, install and configure pc’s, tablets and phones.
The Requested Qualifications For This Job Include
  • Just finished an IT course/education or some years’ of experience within a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of recent Microsoft products;
  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems, you are able to adapt to the environment to reach the objectives;
  • You are able to communicate clearly, taking into account the other parties;
  • Customer satisfaction and result oriented;
  • Autonomous, you are keeping yourself informed about the evolution of the IT solutions;
  • Good knowledge of French and Dutch required. Working knowledge of English is a plus;
  • You have a valid driving license.
