Then keep on reading! We are looking for a results-oriented, positive, and curious individual to join Data Operations team in the EMEA region. You will support our franchises/business units with data governance and analyses on various data quality topics, such as materials and preference profiles analysis. Data Operations is a significant division, and this role is important in our mission to enable accurate data to business. As the Data Analyst you will need to be strong at collecting and understanding data, within our strategic roadmap and data strategy. Your business knowledge will help you to identify business-relevant requirements while using strong communication skills within various business contacts. This position will execute day-to-day operations to support the strategy of the function across franchises/business units. Will develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to established policies and procedures. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the master data set up and maintenance of product information on the ERP system for our franchises/business units and in relation with local countries and all J&J affiliates. Data Quality - proactively identify, rectify and follow-up on errors and root causes of errors. Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility. May include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, data quality catalogs, and other policy and procedure documents. Deliver training to educate partners on detailed procedures, data flows, etc. Support the deployment of the Data Management Framework. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business analytics, Logistics/Supply chain or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar field Master data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms Fluency in English, with a second language as an advantage. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical, problem solving and reasoning skills Accurate and attentive to detail with big picture orientation Experience of working with large volumes of data and files Good communication skills including proactive feedback Proficiency in digital literacy, e-mail and database management query tools in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and MS SQL. Knowledge of IT solutions, ERP systems (like JD Edwards or SAP), as applied to supply chain activities is an advantage. Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or multi-functional business environment. Strong English language written and verbal skills. Good presentation skills. Ability to contribute to a diverse, multicultural and partially remote team. Natural curiosity and positive energy level required to proactively engage with business partners.
