Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and implementing automated systems in our production processes. They will collaborate with various teams to improve system efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the maintenance and upgrades of automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automated systems for production processes.
Program, configure, and test Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and SCADA systems.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for automated equipment.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop technical solutions to optimize productivity and product quality.
Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes (schematics, work instructions, test protocols).
Ensure compliance with industrial safety and regulatory standards in all automated processes.
Train staff on the use and maintenance of automated equipment.
Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies and propose innovations for continuous improvement.

Desired Profile:
Engineering degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in programming and using PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other automation systems.
Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
Skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
Experience in integrating new automated equipment into a production environment.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.
Strong results orientation, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Additional Assets:
Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of safety standards (CE, UL, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
