Our client has a large and global Azure cloud platform that will be expanding quite extensively over the next few years. The IT global Solution & Architecture team established a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to guide and enablethe business to get the most out of the Cloud. By maintaining the cloud platform, they ensure that its services are easy to consume and we operate centrally managed components. The CCoE is a team of 7 members with different specializations (DevOps, finops, SRE, governance, ...). Every person has his/hers specialization but are cross-talented This position will report to the Infrastructure Manager

Key responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the overall governance, process, improvements, and efficiency.
• You’ll provide advice, documentation, and training material for the end users for these processes/tools.
• You help the further improvement of the enterprise-grade Azure cloud environment.On an operational level, you drive the extension of the cloud component catalogue.
• By creating policies, automation, guidelines, documentation and training, you strengthen the overall cloud governance for our cloud foundation.
• You’ll act as a cloud ambassador towards the organisation and will help grow the Cloud Center of Excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure governance for enterprise environments (policies, Cloud adoption/enterprise scale framework, ...)
• Overall good experience in Azure Cloud (AZ-104 or AZ-305 are a plus)
• Experience with MS SQL is a plus
• You have Azure cloud platform knowledge and general security knowledge
• Good network knowledge (DNS, IP, virtual WAN, express routes, routes) is a plus
• Azure migrate knowledge is a plus
• You have knowledge of Infrastructure as code (TerraForm/Bicep)
