We are currently looking for a BENE Finance & Tax Business Partner based in our Vilvoorde office.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

  • Provide tax, structuring and accounting support in commercial transactions (eg purchases, sales, leasing, projects, emerging requirements), using expertise from other internal subject matter experts and external advisors when necessary.
  • Perform credit checks on customers and general contractors.
  • Monitor and coordinate the financial aspects of the portfolio of companies with a critical eye to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy and support decision making processes.
  • Assist in financial audits, and internal/external tax reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with regards to finance and business support.
  • Conduct training sessions / awareness raising with regards to the finance functionality.
  • Manage tax compliancy (VAT, CIT, withholding taxes, …)

Do you recognize yourself?

  • You have a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics or relevant working experience (+5 years) within the Finance/Tax domain.
  • Strong understanding of tax and accounting principles
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to deal with emerging business trends and issues.
  • Strong affinity with the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated learner mindset, continuously updating knowledge of financial/tax regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic understanding of the bigger picture.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
  • You have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • You have an eye for detail and are deadline driven.
  • You are a true multitasker with adequate organisational skills.
